Creativity Means

There are moments in which we simply say that we are blocked because even though we strive to realize our ideas only we get to feel more confused about what we want to achieve with our design or our project. Is why I present here some suggestions (which personally have worked me perfectly) to recapture that mood and inspirational that we need to have in order to successfully develop our creative projects: change your perspective as simple as trying to see what you are doing from a condition or different environment, go and comment on what you’re doing with a colleague and exchange opinions and points of view in this respect always is a great help to rethink our doubts and make the best decisions on the basis of a communicational analysis, recalls talking always helps. Retroalimentate we are a feedback loop, that means continuous input: visit showcases of design, notes, ideas, structures, colours, read some magazines or specialized blog, attend talks and lectures, use the media to enrich your criterion, style, and form design. This feedback also means continuous output: comment on design blog, end notes and notes that we have postponed writing, speak at forums, conferences and rains of ideas, this helps us develop a concordance full between our ideas and their implementation, dynamic that surely we bring new creative thoughts. Relax, listen to music music is a mixture of emotion and reflection. If you can let yourself be inspired by it, you will be amazed of the results, because it can lead to a State of distension conducive to make appropriate decisions. Salt, observes the world and step enjoy it! Breathe deeply, getting up from the computer, go somewhere you’ve never been before, a cafeteria, an exhibition, a bookstore go lie down in the Park and just keep watching the world.

Creative Visualization

It’s funny how the mind works. Although scientists are discovering more and more every day, it is true that it may be the organ in our body that we know least. Despite this, we know that our mind can program it, and have in fact programmed it for much of our lives we see life in a certain way. That reminds you of your education with respect to money, for example?, do you remember about the desire to have a better life?, their parents have educated him about positive thinking, about the right to want to have the best, the responsibility of creating our own destiny and not resign themselves to what others think that life should be? These questions are important to start from a base where we are probably many people in the whole munto, regardless of race, religion, or social status. According to Shakti Gawain, in his book creative visualization of the editorial Sirius, says that it is the art of using mental imagery and claims to produce positive changes in life. This is very true and I couldn’t verify it since I am a teacher of physical education and I could see how this aspect of the mind train athletes of high level of any discipline.

I suggest a simple exercise of creative visualization: 1 – think of something that you would like to live, or possess, for example may be an object that you want to have. Something simple. 2. Wear comfortable, reclining in an armchair, lying on a carpet, and starts to relax slowly. If you have not ever, start breathing slowly, breathe and breathe slow and deep and close your eyes while doing so. 3 Let the thoughts that flow and go as well as they come, free the mind and let it blank. Be aware of your body and relax all muscles starting with the feet to the head or vice versa.

Creativity Divine Treasure

From time to time we all have an idea (think) great. It is clear that there are people more creative than others, as there are people who draw well because it has that gift, and others not so have. However, creativity depends on other factors, can be grown, and there are various techniques for generating ideas. As he pointed out the other day Concha Barber of Dompablo in his Super active Blog silence, to generate possible solutions, in many cases it is convenient to distance themselves a bit of the problem without cutting wires, distancing us from the objectives without discarding them, and the solution can be present. If we do not do so, it is possible that in many cases the trees don’t let us see the forest. On many occasions it happens that I am engaged in a problem and can not find solution, for many laps to give. I’m going home, keep thinking on this, and that night, or the morning of the next day, the idea emerges as if by magic.

Creativity has, as they say, a lot of sweating and a little inspiration (no more remember what he said the great Pablo Picasso). The classic phrase that Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin by accident is simply a myth, the only thing you could say is that he had a bit of luck, but he had spent many years working in that area. And when he saw the effect that produced penicillin fungus, he researched with curiosity and persistence, motivated also by its past as a military doctor in World War I, in which was impressed by the great mortality caused by infections. Many of the techniques to generate ideas are based precisely on the pre-work on idea, individual and/or team. I’m going to discuss one of the techniques that particularly worked me in some cases to the search for solutions to a problem, collective Notepad (Collective note book). It is to provide a number of people (preferably with different profiles, to ensure greater variety) the definition of the problem. For a longer or shorter period (depending on the time available, but) It could be between two weeks and one month), each participant will scoring in his notebook at least one idea a day in relation to the issue at hand.

This perseverance requires a good dose of self-discipline which, together with the natural maturation of the matter in that period, are the keys to this method (work more inspiration). At the end of the period, each participant indicates that he considers better idea which they had, but nonetheless passes all ideas Coordinator project. This examines the ideas and chooses;normally I recommend that once analyzed, meet participants to discuss it all, because there they can emerge better solutions. Obviously, although here it speaks of a Notepad notes, there are who prefer to use new technologies and possibilities that offer us here some applications. From my point of view, despite usually being an advocate of the benefits of computing, paper Notepad is not bad in the sense that you can carry in your pocket and point the idea wherever you are, and translate it either way (words, drawings, graphics). Of course, anyone with a PDA can make use of this appliance Pablo Rodriguez is a graduate in business sciences, postgraduate in auditing accounts and master MBA, passionate about the world of Economics and business management.
