It is strictly educational intervention developed by the educator to shape the educational objectives and tagged with each individual and group through: – Awareness of the problems, resulting in changes in attitudes. – The release of blockages that impede their development. – The process of social integration. – Training in skills that allow greater independence. – The discovery of social rejection situations. – The prevention of other risk circumstances that may lead to social exclusion. – Analysis of individual and social demands and response generation causing personal and group growth. The multivalent profile of the educator is defined by the diversity of activities to be performed in different areas with different populations and methodologies appropriate to each issue and population to be addressed. Although might be the case of teachers who work alone, it is normal that belongs to an institution, center, etc. serving of conflicts and differences in processes that are excluded groups (immigrants, foreigners, polydrug ,…). The Center for those who work somehow mark their profile and key tasks to be undertaken. Also the team in the integration or the territory in which it operates will form a way of being, living and projecting the vision of reality that is transforming, adapting to a given population, some very specific goals, resources available and an appropriate method.
